Morning Mike — any chance the crew can start the deck Tuesday the 16th instead of Monday? We’ve got family in town through the weekend. Same price as quoted, right?
For small and medium businesses · early access
Your customers hear back. You stay on the job.
Ari reads your business email, ties each message to the right job, and drafts the reply — with the price you actually quoted and the dates you actually agreed. You approve every send with one tap from your phone.
Built hands-on with working small and medium businesses — we set you up personally, no signup maze.
7:42 a.m., fourteen unread — one wants a price, one’s a schedule change, and you’re up a ladder or pulling up to a showing. They’ll all still be there at nine tonight — unless someone else does the first pass.
How it works
An email lands. Ari files it.
Every inbound email gets tied to its job and triaged: respond, wait, or ignore. Money, legal, and complaint emails get flagged high-stakes from the jump.
The reply is already drafted.
In your voice, from your own record — the quote you actually gave, the dates you actually agreed, the people on the job. Ari never invents a price, a date, or a commitment.
You tap Approve. Customer answered.
One tap from your phone, right from the job site. Before it leaves, an independent Outbound Guardian re-checks the recipients, the money, and the scope of what you approved.
Nothing sends without you. Ever.
Drafts can be wrong — that’s exactly why two permanent gates sit on every send. They never come off, in any mode.
Gate 1 — you approve every send
No email goes out, no event hits your calendar, no file changes without your explicit OK. There is no autonomous-send path for money. Not in any mode, not ever.
Gate 2 — the Outbound Guardian
After you approve, an independent checker re-verifies the draft: right recipients, money confirmed, nothing beyond what you said yes to, volume caps. A miss bounces back to you — never a quiet fix behind your back.
Humans for the hard calls
Anything the Guardian flags rounds back to you with the specifics — a price it couldn’t match, a recipient you didn’t name — for an explicit second confirmation. And a send that fails mid-flight parks for a person; nothing vanishes silently.
Reversible, and on the record
File changes show you a preview first. Deletes go to the recycle bin, where you can get them back — never a hard delete. And everything Ari does lands in a log that can’t be edited after the fact.
Every job’s whole story, one question away
Ari keeps a per-project memory of what your business actually captures — so drafts and answers come from your facts, never guesses.
- Talk to it from the truck. Record a voice memo after the walkthrough. Ari transcribes it and files the notes to the right job. The raw audio is discarded — only the transcript stays.
- Photos and files, filed. Site photos, contracts, and attachments land in the right project, with the source kept — stored in your own Google Drive or OneDrive, every change previewed and confirmed first.
- Ask Ari, get receipts. “What did we quote Dana?” “Who’s the inspector on Maple?” Answers come from your own record, with the source attached.
- Calendar on a leash. Ari proposes events it spots in your email and memos. Nothing lands on your calendar until you say yes.
- One briefing a day. What came in, what’s waiting on you, and what’s about to slip — one digest, instead of re-reading the whole inbox at 9 p.m.

“What did we quote Dana?”
$8,450 — from the quote you sent May 28.
Built in the field, with small businesses
The contractor
You’re forty feet up and a client wants to know if Tuesday works and if the price moved. Ari drafts the answer from the quote you actually gave. You read it, tap once, back to work.
The realtor
A buyer’s agent wants dates, your seller wants an update, and you’re between showings. The drafts are waiting, grounded in each listing’s file — read, tap, done.
Another service business?
Ari is built hands-on with contractors and realtors first — that’s where it’s sharpest today. If your week looks like this anyway, write us. Early access is small on purpose.
Fair questions
Will it sound like me?
That’s the job. Drafts come out short and plain, the way you’d actually write, and they’re built from your own record — not boilerplate. And you read every draft before it sends, so nothing goes out without your OK.
What happens if Ari gets something wrong?
Drafts can be wrong — that’s exactly why nothing sends without your tap. After you approve, an independent Guardian re-checks the recipients, the money, and the scope; a miss bounces back to you, never a quiet fix behind your back. You’re always the sender, and that review step is the control.
Can Ari send something without me?
No. There is no autonomous-send path — not for money, not in any mode, not ever. Every send takes your explicit one-tap approval, and the Guardian checks it again after that. There’s no switch we could flip even if you asked.
Does it work with my email?
Yes — Gmail and Outlook. Your address doesn’t change, and replies go out from you, same as always. Files get filed into your own Google Drive or OneDrive, so everything stays in accounts you already own.
What does setup look like?
Personal. There’s no self-serve signup in early access — we onboard every business by hand. We sit down together, connect your email, and walk through your active jobs, so the first drafts are grounded in your real work — not a blank slate.
What does it cost?
Get in touch and we’ll talk it through — pricing is something we sort out with you directly, based on your business. No surprise invoices, nothing buried in fine print.
What about voice memos and photos from the job?
Send them. Voice memos are transcribed and filed to the right job — the raw audio is discarded, only the transcript is kept. The transcript keeps its source, so when Ari uses a fact from it, you can see where it came from. Photos and files get filed the same way, source attached.
Who can see my data?
No ads, your data is never sold, and it’s never used to train generalized AI models. Credentials are encrypted at rest with a separate key per business, access is fenced per business, and data stays in the US. Your email and Drive content is processed in the moment — there’s no long-term index of your content sitting on our side.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It leaves with you. Cancel and your data is exported to you, with our copies purged within 30 days. Disconnect your email and the stored credential is deleted. And “delete everything” actually completes — it’s not a soft hide.
Private by default. No ads. Your data is never sold and never used to train generalized AI models. Credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM, a key per business), access is fenced per business, and “delete everything” actually completes.

Get your inbox off your plate.
Ari is in early access with a handful of small and medium businesses. Tell us about your business and we’ll set you up personally.
Ari isn’t built in a lab. I built it while watching the same second shift start every evening: a full day of work followed by an evening of catching up with the inbox.
The whole thing runs on one rule: never invent a commitment. Ari only repeats what you’ve actually said — your quote, your dates, your word — and nothing sends without your approval.
